- Every patio starts with at least eight inches of mechanically compacted base so pavers stay exactly where we put them — no heaving, no trip hazards.
- RollerCompacted pavers
- We settle pavers into place with a specialized roller compactor before any jointing sand goes down, locking the surface flat and tight.
- ResinPremium jointing sand
- Our first choice is SEK Surebond resin sand — a polyurethane-bound joint that outlasts polymeric sand. Polymeric remains a solid budget-friendly option.
- HydraulicPro-grade aeration
- Our hydraulic pressure-controlled aerator pulls full, deep cores — not the shallow plugs you get from rental machines.
