PLM is a new but quickly growing company with an emphasis on being the best. Our goal is not to be the largest company around but we want to be large enough to have the resources to provide the best product possible (and efficiently). This allows us to keep a great “family” culture here. 

 

We mainly focus on providing lawn maintenance and landscaping services with some hardscaping mixed in. This includes lawn mowing with new commercial equipment to installing paver patios or retaining walls.  Don’t forget about the plants! It is something we enjoy here at PLM and is a focus in our landscape design work. 

 

Our pay is competitive based on experience along with commission based sales opportunities. Future salary potential also. The ideal candidate is DRIVEN and a self starter. Job Requirements:

 

• Drivers License required with a clean driving record. 

• Must be motivated to provide a top of the line service. 

• Must be able to work with the weather. Working in this industry can be tough but it is very rewarding.

• Basic customer relations skills are required. 

• Experience is a plus but not required. We will train the right person who is willing to learn.
